Pinnacle Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center accepts admissions seven days a week. We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and many commercial insurance plans. Our Admissions team is happy to assist you with questions about insurance and payment options. 

Our Admissions team works with hospitals, doctors, discharge planners and social workers to guarantee a smooth transition to our facility.
